1. Overview

At Skylight, we sell tickets to our live lantern experiences. This policy explains the conditions under which refunds may or may not be issued.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

You may request a full refund if you cancel at least 7 days before the event date.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event are non-refundable, as logistical and production costs have already been incurred.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us through the contact form on our website, providing your order number and the email used for purchase.

4. Event Cancellation or Rescheduling

If Skylight cancels or reschedules the event, you will be offered either:

A full refund, or

The option to transfer your ticket to the new date.

If you are unable to attend the new date, you may request a refund within 7 days of being notified of the change.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not available in the following cases:

You request cancellation less than 7 days before the event.

You provided an incorrect or invalid email address when purchasing the ticket.

You changed your mind after receiving your ticket(s).

6. Processing Time for Refunds

If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
