Refund & Return Policy

At Skylight, we sell tickets to our live lantern experiences. This policy explains the conditions under which refunds may or may not be issued.<\/p>\n

2. Eligibility for Refunds<\/h3>\n

You may request a full refund if you cancel at least 7 days before the event date.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event are non-refundable, as logistical and production costs have already been incurred.<\/p>\n

3. How to Request a Refund<\/h3>\n

To request a refund, please contact us through the contact form on our website, providing your order number and the email used for purchase.<\/p>\n

4. Event Cancellation or Rescheduling<\/h3>\n

If Skylight cancels or reschedules the event, you will be offered either:<\/p>\n

A full refund, or<\/p>\n

The option to transfer your ticket to the new date.<\/p>\n

If you are unable to attend the new date, you may request a refund within 7 days of being notified of the change.<\/p>\n

5. Non-Refundable Situations<\/h3>\n

Refunds are not available in the following cases:<\/p>\n

You request cancellation less than 7 days before the event.<\/p>\n

You provided an incorrect or invalid email address when purchasing the ticket.<\/p>\n

You changed your mind after receiving your ticket(s).<\/p>\n

6. Processing Time for Refunds<\/h3>\n

If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5\u201310 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.<\/p>\n
